Why do I need God?
The Bible teaches that your sin creates a separation between you and God (Genesis 3). And the remedy to that separation is Jesus, who died on the cross to forgive you of your sins and rose from the dead to prove the power and restoration that he can bring into your life. John 1:12
To all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God. – John 1:12
How do I have a relationship with God?
Becoming a Christian is a choice that each person has to make for themselves.
A – Admit that you’re a sinner and in need of God’s forgiveness
B – Believe that Jesus died on the cross for you in order to make relationship with God possible
C – Confess Jesus as your Lord and Savior
Pray this simple prayer:
“Dear God, I admit that I’ve fallen short. I’ve sinned and need your forgiveness. I believe that You lived, died and rose again so that I could be connected to God. I confess you as my Lord and commit my life to You. I give you my past, present and future. Take my life and use it. I give it to You. Amen.”
