Job Opportunities:

Naperville Technical Director

The primary purpose of the Naperville Technical Director is to ensure the smooth operations of weekend services at the Naperville location. It requires leadership of the production teams at the Naperville location as well as trouble-shooting skills pertaining to the weekend services and other campus events (weddings, funerals, midweek ministry, etc.). Additionally, this position functions in collaboration with the Creative team will assist with video or podcast production as needed.

Student Pastor

The primary purpose of the Multi-site Student Pastor Champion is to provide leadership and vision to the discipleship process, student ministry programming and pastoral care for students, leaders and families while aligning with the overall mission and vision of the church. This position requires building an effective multi-site student ministry for Highpoint Church alongside and in partnership w/ other student staff. Other pastoral responsibilities outside of student ministry will be required in a collaborative ministry context. This position primarily serves the Naperville location as Student Pastor for Junior High and High School.

Church Planting Resident

Join the FT church planting residency program of Highpoint Send Network. After a 6-18 month full-time program designed to discover, develop and deploy new lead pastors and campus pastors.

Wheaton Worship Pastor

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and manage all aspects of the weekend service, including programming, music, production and volunteers at the Wheaton location. This position oversees the training and developing of up and coming worship team members and leaders in Wheaton as well. Additional areas of responsibility include creative planning with the central creative team, being a member of the Highpoint Collective including songwriting and music production (as desired), and leading aspects of the central creative team depending on the passions and giftings of the individual. Ultimately, this role will assist the Creative Team & Worship Pastor maintain spiritual maturity, a culture of excellence, and shepherding of volunteers.
