Director of Communications

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and execute all aspects of communications and marketing at Highpoint. This position synthesizes both internal communication and external communication (social media, web, app, etc) for the whole of the organization. This individual will be an innovative, organized, strategic thinker and hands-on content developer with a results-oriented growth mindset.

Executive Assistant

The primary purpose of this position is to provide professional executive administrative support to the senior staff at the Naperville location – including managing the calendars, digital files, projects, communication, meeting notes, and more. This person needs excellent organizational skills, computer skills, and relational skills.

Church Planting Resident

Join the FT church planting residency program of Highpoint Send Network. After a 6-18 month full-time program designed to discover, develop and deploy new lead pastors and campus pastors. www.highpointsend.org

Wheaton Worship Pastor

The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and manage all aspects of the weekend service, including programming, music, production and volunteers at the Wheaton location. This position oversees the training and developing of up and coming worship team members and leaders in Wheaton as well. Additional areas of responsibility include creative planning with the central creative team, being a member of the Highpoint Collective including songwriting and music production (as desired), and leading aspects of the central creative team depending on the passions and giftings of the individual. Ultimately, this role will assist the Creative Team & Worship Pastor maintain spiritual maturity, a culture of excellence, and shepherding of volunteers.
